Holiday shift preferences

Tell me which of the four holiday shifts you'd most like off, then submit so I can build the rota.

A note from me

I'm trying to make the holiday rota as fair as possible for everyone. For the most part, everyone will have to work at least one of Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day. Preferences help with scheduling but there are no guarantees of getting every requested day off.

Please enter your name, a valid email, and your 1-4 preference ranking - where 1 is the shift you most want off and 4 the shift you least mind working.

Rank the shifts

One of each
Rank each holiday shift from 1 to 4, using each number once

A lower number means you'd rather have that day off. 1 means you most want the day off, 4 means you least mind working it. Use each number exactly once.

Anything else?

A few words to help me schedule, if you like. There's no need to write anything.
